Rental Periods 2025 (per week):

Saturday to Saturday. Guests must vacate the property by 10 a.m. in order that the house can be prepared for incoming guests. Incoming guests can access the property from 4p.m. In de period of week 24 -week 37 a rental period of minimum two uninterrupted weeks is mandatory.

During summer season a dialy usage of 15 kWh is included, extra usage will be charged (€ 0,75 per kWh). During winter season (week 45 - 52 and 1 -13) all usage of power will be charged.

A security deposit of € 600 to cover damage and breakage's is payable with the balance and will be returned to you, less any charges. This deposit is due 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.

A non-returnable deposit of 25% of the total amount due is required on booking, with the balance due 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.

In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the holiday the deposit of 25% of the total amount due will not be returned. In case of cancellation within 6 weeks before the start of the holiday the total amount due will not be returned.

Towels and linen are available (mandatory) for € 20,= per person.

The property is cleaned on changeover day (mandatory); costs are € 130,=.
